If you left exchanging your money to the last minute like I did, or just need prompt information regarding the best exchange rates in the city, than online chat on "cochange" website should be the one you are looking for. I looked for exchange rates information in my home town Bratislava on Sunday evening. Thanks to coChange, I contacted the branch with the best offers and arrange the meeting...I saved time and 100 euros. Thanks a lot! CoChange is not just for the travellers 🙂
